LABOR PRICES

All repairs at Audio/Video Works are assessed on an individual basis. Before we can tell you what your unit will cost to repair a technician needs to perform a diagnostic breakdown. Pinpointing the exact nature and source of the failure can require a considerable amount of work. Below is a listing of non-refundable prepaid deposit amounts required for various categories of equipment. All deposits are applied toward the billing as per your approval of the final estimate for repair. If your unit is not repaired the deposit is forfeited as an inspection fee.

All repair estimates must be customer approved and are subject to possible revisal. After repairs are completed, turn on your unit to see if it is operating to your satisfaction. If additional repair is required after original service has been completed (rework), secondary charges based upon any additional labor and/or parts may incur. Any service required which is deemed unrelated to the original work performed is considered a new billing. OUR LABOR & PARTS WARRANTY IS 30 DAYS ON SERVICE PERFORMED AND/OR PARTS REPLACED ONLY -- NOT THE ENTIRE UNIT! There is no warranty on any repair w/ an intermittent problem. Since the failure is not apparent, it can not be traced. Because of numerous variables involved with electronics repair, Audio/Video Works does not provide a specific repair turnaround time to any customer, at any time.
