Sorry, but AUDIO/VIDEO WORKS does not sell or distribute parts and/or accessories for any OEM manufacturer or generic lines. We are a repair service facility, not a parts vendor. The term OEM means "original equipment manufacturer". If you need a part, accessory item, service manual or owner's manual, we recommend you try the following ~
If what you need is a remote control, you might want to try a universal replacement. These universal replacements
will provide an adequate substitution for most situations. We suggest you pay between $15 and 20 and buy from
a merchant who has a hassle free, no explanation required return policy (i.e. Radio Shack, Payless, WalMart,
Costco, etc.). In this way, if the product does not meet your performance expectations - your not stuck with it.
If you have to have an OEM remote and the manufacturer says it is no longer available, try 1-800-REMOTES because they carry an extensive inventory of OEM remote controls.
If you need an OEM replacement part or accessory, we suggest you contact the necessary manufacturer. Many
of the manufacturers have webpages, please return to our homepage and look under "COOL LINKS". If the
manufacturer is not listed with a clickable link, try calling 1-800-555-1212. This is the Z operator and they will
supply you with any 1-800 or 1-888 numbers listed for any request - free of charge. If there is no 1-800 listing,
as a final resort, email us or call during normal business hours, and we will try to provide you with the mfg's info.
Many secondary parts distributors (vendors) are available throughout the world. Some even carry various
OEM lines as well as GENERIC lines. In many cases a generic part can be as good (sometimes better) than
an OEM part. In other situations, only an OEM part will stand up to the test of time. As an example, most
VCR repair shops in the USA use the PRB (Projector Recorder Belt) replacement line. This company makes
thousands upon thousands of belt, idlers, pinch rollers, sensors, and much more available (at a competitive price),
for virtually every VCR, Cassette Tape Player & Turntable - ever made. The line of products is almost endless.
The number of distributors which carry the PRB generic line is also, rather extensive. Here are some of the
