Setting Up Email in Netscape 7.2

  1. Start Netscape.
  2. Go to the Window menu, and click Mail & Newgroups.
  3. Go to the Edit menu, and click Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings.
  4. Click "Add Account..."
  5. Select "Email Account" and click Next.
  6. Enter your name and email address, and click Next.
  7. Select "POP" as the type of incoming mail server.
  8. Enter pop.foothill.net for incoming server, and smtp.foothill.net for outgoing mail server. Click Next.
  9. Confirm that both incoming and outgoing usernames are your Foothill.net username, and click Next.
  10. Enter a name for your account ("Personal," your name, etc.,) or leave it as it is (your email address,) and click Next.
  11. Verify all the information on this page, and click Finish.
  12. Click OK.
