Written Comments:
1. The trails in Todd Valley are very brushy, poorly marked, and have motor
bikes on them. - Angus Millroad
2. Picayune Valley - a great place! Weekly trail outings are overly
ambitious - Herbert Webber
3. I will help with any of these (trail work projects) occasionally. I'm good
with hand tools and have extensive chain saw experience. I would like to
be contacted when the need is greatest. Suing for a prescriptive easement
on Nugget Dr. would be great if Bob Schuster is fairly sure we can win.
A win would set a great precedent! - Gordy (Gordon Ainsley)
4. I am primarily a mountain biker. More trails means less conflict
(horses vs bike, etc). I also belong to FATTRAC. Have a good year.
- Al Massey
5. Keep up the good work. I only wish I had more time to help - Larry Jordon
6. Will be leading WS work party - Norm Klein
7. Maybe bi-monthly newsletter would be easier for writer. Monthly outings
(instead of weekly) - Kate Eddy
8. First priority (in maintaining trails topic) is to keep/obtain lateral
access to California Loop. Keep communication open with OHV groups by
helping with events - Tony Rossman
9. Your organization is doing a great job with limited resources. Keep up
the good work! - Dean Prigmore
10. Since I am a passive member, my responses to the survey would be of
limited validity. I believe those of you who participate actively will
make decisions with which I would be in agreement. - Dan Baglioni
11. Publish phone numbers only for membership list - Keith Collins/Stephanie Williams
12. Try to organize monthly trail outings instead of weekly - Dee & Tom Birch
13. Re - the winter event -- I've changed my approach; I bought 2 pr of
snow shoes and am getting people interested in snowshoeing one at a time.
I believe the best we can do is to promote all the variety of trails and
trail use and encourage participation in events and help where we can.
Hopefully we can expand membership and trails - maintain old trails; build
new trails! (I'm really enjoying this group of people!!
Thanks FTA) -- Dorothy Cleveland
