FTA News April '99 Next Meeting: Tuesday, April 23th, 6:30 PM, at Robber's Roost

California Trail Days
The weekend of April 24th/25th has been set aside as a Trail Days in California. Fatrac bike club is meeting at the confluence at 9:00 AM to install some culverts on the Foresthill Divide Loop Trail and signs on the trails in the Confluence areas. We are invited/encouraged! to join them.

Wildfire on the Divide Safety Festival
There will be a community event on May 16th at the Foresthill Divide Middle School oriented towards safety, from bicycle and horseback riding to fire safe landscaping. The Trails Alliance will have a booth; please drop by and say "hi".

Oh So Scenic
The run and bike ride was a success. Everyone finished. There were 14 riders and 2 runners. The weather was perfect. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Guest Speakers Welcome
The group would enjoy anyone interested in sharing their knowledge of the history of the Divide area and old trails. This is a very informal and casual time of sharing your interests with us. We would like you to join us on a regular meeting night - the 4th Tuesday of the month. Please contact Lori Lunsford, 530-367-4254.
