I, the undersigned have an interest in certain real property and it is my desire to permit portions of its use exclusively for recreational purposes.

I am the _____ owner ______ lessee of certain property in Placer County commonly known as _____________________________________________________.

I am aware that the Foresthill Trails Alliance and general members of the community desire to use portions of my property for use as recreational trails.

I am not aware of any specific individuals I have granted any specific consent to so use my property, and I do not intend here to do so by the document.

I do intend by this document to all the Trails Alliance and the general members of the community to enter onto portions of my property described below, and to use said portions as recreational trails. It is my express intent to do this Permission consistent with Civil Code Section 846 and to limit my personal liability to the fullest extent recognized under California Law.

I have not been offered, nor have I received any compensation or consideration to secure this Permission.

I understand that I may revoke this Permission at any time by writing my desire to revoke, to the Foresthill Trails Alliance at PO Box 468, Foresthill, CA 95631.

The general non-legal description of the portions of my land to which I give permission for recreational trails use is as follows:
