_____________________________________, hereby irrevocably offer for dedication to the County of Placer, an easement for trail purposes for pedestrians, equestrains and bicyclists over, on, under and across all that real property situated in the County of Placer, State of California, bounded and described as follows:

A portion of the Northeast one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 9, Township 14 North, Range 10 East, M.D.B.&M., County of Placer, State of California, described as follows:

A strip of land ten (10.00) feet in width lying five (5.00) feet on each side of the following described line:

Beginning at a point on the East line of said Northeast one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter from which the Northeast corner thereof bears North 01 degrees 35' East a distance of 512.69 feet.
