How to Setup or Add E-mail Accounts

1. Double click on the Outlook Express Icon on your desktop or where the icon is.
2. Click on TOOLS from the pull down menu, and select ACCOUNTS.
3. In the Internet Accounts Window, click on the ADD button and select MAIL

In the Internet Connection Wizard, enter your Name, then click Next

5. Enter your E-mail address,  then click Next. (NOTE: Make sure that all information entered is in lower case.)

6. Select POP3 as the mail server type. Enter foothill.net for the Incoming Mail address Field and smtp.foothill.net for the Outgoing Address Field. Click Next

7. Enter your Username and Password (in lower case).  If you do not want to enter your password every time you check your mail, make sure that the Remember Password box is checked. Click Next.

8. Your Done!  Click Finish

9. In the Internet Accounts window, click Close.

To check your e-mail, click on the SEND and RECEIVE icon.
