    Program: About Learning CD's available on EBAY. And discussion about Ebay and multiple pages, and multiple searches, and monitoring end of auction last few seconds. and, a demonstration of a free download called Neo Trace. This program traces the route your email takes from your homne to destination. It was discovered that most if not all go through Stockton as a main hub for transfer to other locations to destination. We traced an URL to the united Kingdom, as well as to other locations on the east coast, etc. Also, Roundtable discussions.

  • What you missed in January...

    • A demonstration of Linux presented by Greg Dolkas. He showed a version that could be run, although slowly, using only the CD Rom drive. It showed how it could do just about everything that other op[erating systems could and \ without crashing. A most interesting presentation and another choice to add to the arsenal of OS2, Windows, Opera, Unix, etc.

  • Lots of free give-aways to the lucky holders of the winning tickets. Are you a paid-up member? An up-to-date list of members will be available at the next meeting. Only those who are current members on this list will be able to take home the door prizes. There are several of you who are in arrears with your dues. Please renew now, $35 and credit our Chapter for a rebate to our treasury.

  • Lending Library of Video Tapes on Utilities and Programs (List of titles is on "What's New") (with a $10 deposit, redeemable upon return of item at the next meeting) You must let your Secretary know which title you want via email before the meeting. PLUS Books on Computer Stuff
